SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Ruth Kramer of Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 18, 2010; and

WHEREAS, Ruth Kramer (nee Berlin) was the beloved wife of the late Dr. Donald Kramer; the devoted mother of Lois Kramer Hodes, Joanne Kramer Glasser, Dr. Andrew Kramer, and Howard Kramer; the adored mother-in-law of Judy Kramer, Roz Kramer, and the late Dr. Cary M. Glasser; the loving sister of Jerome Berlin, Marilyn Aaron, and the late Samuel Berlin and Bernice Siegel; the dear grandmother of Seth and Mary Ann Hodes, Jared Glasser, Jacqueline Glasser, Justin Kramer, Stacy Kramer, and Scott Kramer; and the adoring great grandmother of Owen and Conor Hodes; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Ruth Kramer; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Ruth Kramer as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
