SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of James T. Manczko of Antioch, who passed away on January 19, 2009; and

WHEREAS, James Manczko was born in Chicago on May 20, 1952; he was the son of the late Virginia and John Manczko; he was a resident of Antioch for the past 30 years; and

WHEREAS, James Manczko was a Vietnam-era veteran, serving in the U.S. Army; he served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer at the Navel Health Clinic at Great Lakes Naval Base and was an instructor at the Keller School of Management; and

WHEREAS, James Manczko was an avid golfer who spent much of his leisure time on the golf course; and

WHEREAS, James Manczko is survived by his brothers, John (Penny) and Mark (Richard Trojanowski); therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of James T. Manczko; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of James Manczko as an expression of our sympathy.
