| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | | 3 |
| learn of the death of
May Aldrin, who passed away on November | | 4 |
| 14, 2008; and
| | 5 |
| WHEREAS, May Aldrin was a kindergartener at Bell Elementary | | 6 |
| School in Chicago, where her mother serves as the school's | | 7 |
| librarian; and
| | 8 |
| WHEREAS, May Aldrin leaves behind to mourn her passing her | | 9 |
| parents, Eileen and Jason Aldrin; her sister, Grace; her | | 10 |
| grandparents, Keith, Dee-Dee, and Tami; and her loving nieces, | | 11 |
| Kate, Lexy, and Brian; she also left behind her beloved cat, | | 12 |
| Joseph; and
| | 13 |
| WHEREAS, May Aldrin's love of life and ability to live it | | 14 |
| to the fullest endeared her to her family members, friends, and | | 15 |
| all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways | | 16 |
| they will never forget; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL | | 18 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | | 19 |
| her family and friends, the passing of May Aldrin; and be it | | 20 |
