SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Catherine A. Greene, nee Dumelle, of Des Plaines, who recently passed away; and

WHEREAS, She was the beloved wife of the late Walter; and

WHEREAS, She was the dear mother of Catherine (Roger) Byrne, Michael (Susan) Greene, and Karen (Joseph) Kozenczak; the loving grandmother of Erin (Sean) McElroy, Patrick Byrne, Michelle Greene, Christopher Greene, and Natalie Kozenczak; the fond sister of Eva (Louis) Lischko and John (Joan) Dumelle; the sister-in-law of Paul (the late Rosemarie) Greene; the devoted aunt of many nieces and nephews; and a cherished friend to many; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Catherine A. Greene; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Catherine A. Greene as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
