1 SENATE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of Charles W. Morgan, Jr. of Gillespie, who
4 passed away on February 21, 2009; and

5     WHEREAS, Charles Morgan, Jr. was born on February 24, 1951
6 in Litchfield; he was the son of Charles W. Morgan Sr. and
7 Velma Blankenship Morgan; and

8     WHEREAS, Charles Morgan, Jr. was employed as a laborer for
9 an auto dealership; and

10     WHEREAS, Charles Morgan, Jr. is survived by his brothers,
11 Richard Morgan and Dennis Morgan, and his sisters, Kay Ziegler,
12 Joan Lindsey, and Anna Mae Morgan; therefore, be it

13     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL
14 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
15 his family and friends, the passing of Charles W. Morgan, Jr.;
16 and be it further

17     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
18 presented to the family of Charles W. Morgan, Jr. as an
19 expression of our sympathy.
