SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of James Charles Green of Elmwood Park, who passed away on February 16, 2009; and

WHEREAS, James Green was the son of James Carl and Joy (Curran) Green; he is survived by his brother, Richard Green; his sister, Dawn Pavelec; his daughters, Samantha Green and Jennifer Green; and his grandson, Paul David Henderson, Jr.; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of James Charles Green; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of James Green as an expression of our sympathy.
