215 ILCS 159/1

Amends the Viatical Settlements Act of 2009. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Viatical Settlements Act of 2009 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Viatical Settlements Act of 2009.
