SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 3928/25

Amends the Council on Responsible Fatherhood Act of 2008. Extends the date of repeal of the Act from July 1, 2010 to July 1, 2012. Effective immediately.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Council on Responsible Fatherhood Act of 2008 is amended by changing Section 25 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2010)

Sec. 25. Repeal. This Act is repealed on July 1, 2012 2010.
