Amends the School Code and the Board of Higher Education Act. Makes technical changes in the short title provisions.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(105 ILCS 5/1-1) (from Ch. 122, par. 1-1)

Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the School Code.

Section 10. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:
