    Repeals the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     (20 ILCS 3960/Act rep.)
5     Section 5. The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act is
6 repealed.

7     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
8 becoming law.
