| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | | 3 |
| Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Rosemary | | 4 |
| Groya, who recently passed away; and

| WHEREAS, Rosemary Groya, nee Engels, was the loving wife of | | 6 |
| the late Robert J.; the beloved mother of Lizabeth (Robert) | | 7 |
| Oriole, Janis (Thomas) Allen, Frederick, Marianne (Robert) | | 8 |
| Simon, Lynn (Daniel) Zimmerman, and Roberta (Peter) Moe; the | | 9 |
| devoted grandma of Jennifer (Peter) Tierney, Michael, Thomas, | | 10 |
| Sarah, Kevin, Claire, Peter, Catherine, Emily, Adam and | | 11 |
| Natalie; the great-grandma of Alison Rose Tierney; the dear | | 12 |
| sister of Leona (Victor) Keller, William Engels, and Cecile | | 13 |
| Skozen; and the fond aunt of many nieces and nephews; | | 14 |
| therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | | 16 |
| NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we | | 17 |
| mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of | | 18 |
| Rosemary Groya; and be it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | | 20 |
| presented to the family of Rosemary Groya as a symbol of our | | 21 |
| sincere sympathy.
