HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Irving Koppel of Chicago, who recently passed away; and

WHEREAS, He served as the Chairman of the Illinois Liquor Control Board and was the former executive for 45 years with the Helene Curtis Company in Chicago; and

WHEREAS, Irving Koppel was the beloved husband of the late Mary Ann Koppel; the devoted father of Amy (James) Rabiola and Joshua (Tracy) Koppel; and the loving grandfather of Rivka and Moshe; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Irving Koppel; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Irving Koppel as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
