HOUSE RESOLUTION

    BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE  HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE

NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
4
urge the State Board of Education to establish a comprehensive 
5
plan to close the student achievement gap by the 2010-2011 
6
school year; and be it further

 
7
    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution by 
8
