HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Karolyn Rubin, a resident of Northbrook and Senior Vice President of the Bonded Collection Corporation, has been a leader in the credit and collection industry for nearly 25 years; and

WHEREAS, Karolyn Rubin has tirelessly committed herself to serving as a community leader throughout her entire professional career; and

WHEREAS, Karolyn Rubin has served as president of the Illinois Collectors Association and a member of the ACA International Executive Committee; and

WHEREAS, Karolyn Rubin has consistently and successfully educated and enlightened both colleagues and legislative members alike about the vital importance and service her industry provides to the local economy and the numerous good-quality jobs it provides; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Karolyn Rubin on the occasion of her election to the position of 2009-2010 President of ACA International, The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, and wish her continued success and happiness in the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Karolyn Rubin as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
