| | 5 | | WHEREAS, She was born September 23, 1967 in Chicago, the | | 6 | | daughter of a businessman and a professional model; she | | 7 | | attended the Academy of St. James College Prep and Eastern | | 8 | | Illinois University before pursuing her acting career; and
| | 9 | | WHEREAS, She has appeared in the movies The Players Club, | | 10 | | The Wood, Rhapsody, All About You, Civil Brand, Beauty Shop, | | 11 | | and Go for Broke; and
| | 12 | | WHEREAS, She appeared for four years on the CW network | | 13 | | sitcom All of Us; and
| | 14 | | WHEREAS, In 2005, she released two fashion lines, Luxe & | | 15 | | Romance, a lingerie line, and Xraye, a jeans line for women; | | 16 | | and
