HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to congratulate Ann Hindes on the occasion of winning the Super Senior Award from the Chicago Botanic Garden; and

WHEREAS, Ann Hindes began her commitment to volunteer service at the Chicago Botanic Garden in 1998; she has given nearly 1,500 hours of service to the School of the Botanic Garden's continuing education department, performing such tasks as answering phones, answering student questions, computer services, mailing school catalogues, and organizing the department's files; and

WHEREAS, Ann Hindes is well regarded by her peers at the Chicago Botanic Garden for her extraordinary work ethic and her thoughtfulness towards her co-workers and the many visitors and students at the Garden; and

WHEREAS, Ann Hindes serves as a model of hard work, integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of Illinois; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Ann Hindes on the occasion of winning the Super Senior Award from the Chicago Botanic Garden and wish her continued success and happiness in the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Ann Hindes as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
