1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are pleased to congratulate Sergeant Scott E.
4 Sosnowski of the Crystal Lake Police Department on his
5 retirement; and

6     WHEREAS, Sergeant Sosnowski will retire on May 22, 2010;
7 and

8     WHEREAS, He was hired on May 14, 1980 and began his career
9 serving the people of Crystal Lake; and

10     WHEREAS, He rose from the ranks of patrol officer to the
11 rank of Sergeant; in addition, he is a member of the Police
12 Bike Patrol Division; and

13     WHEREAS, Upon retirement, he can enjoy his love of fishing
14 and motorcycles; therefore, be it

15     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
16 NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
17 congratulate Sergeant Sosnowski on his retirement, thank him
18 for his service, and wish him all the best in his future
19 endeavors; and be it further

1     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
2 presented to Sergeant Scott Sosnowski as a symbol of our
3 respect and esteem.
