4 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that when the House of
5 Representatives adjourns on Thursday, February 04, 2010, it
6 stands adjourned until Friday, February 05, 2010, in
7 perfunctory session; and when it adjourns on that day, it
8 stands adjourned until Tuesday, February 09, 2010, at 12:00
9 o'clock noon, or until the call of the Speaker.
