    Amends the Illinois Identification Card Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Identification Card Act is amended
5 by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (15 ILCS 335/1)  (from Ch. 124, par. 21)
7     Sec. 1. Short Title. This Act may be cited asthe ~~the~~
8 Illinois Identification Card Act.
