Amends the Water Authorities Act. Makes a technical change to a Section concerning the short title of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Water Authorities Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

(70 ILCS 3715/0.01) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 222.9)

Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Water Authorities Act.
