    Amends the Redevelopment Project Rehousing and Capital Improvements Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning housing.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Redevelopment Project Rehousing and Capital
5 Improvements Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as
6 follows:

7     (310 ILCS 30/0.01)  (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 91.990)
8     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act ~~Act~~may be cited as the
9 Redevelopment Project Rehousing and Capital Improvements Act.
