    Amends the Illinois Ground Water Protection Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning safety.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Groundwater Protection Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (415 ILCS 55/1)  (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 7451)
7     Sec. 1. This Act shall be known as and~~and~~may be cited as
8 the "Illinois Groundwater Protection Act".
