425 ILCS 35/3.2

from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 129.2

Amends the Fireworks Use Act. Makes a technical change in the Section that prohibits fireworks showers in theatres and public halls.

AN ACT concerning safety.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Fireworks Use Act is amended by changing Section 3.2 as follows:

(425 ILCS 35/3.2) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 129.2)

Sec. 3.2. The The use of what are technically known as fireworks showers or any mixture containing potassium chlorate, and sulphur in theatres or public halls is hereby prohibited.
