20 ILCS 1710/1710-1

    Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Department of Human Services.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Department of Human Services (Mental Health
5 and Developmental Disabilities) Law of the Civil
6 Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by changing Section
7 1710-1 as follows:

8     (20 ILCS 1710/1710-1)
9     Sec. 1710-1. Article short title. This Article 1710 of the
10 ~~the~~Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the
11 Department of Human Services (Mental Health and Developmental
12 Disabilities) Law.
