    Amends the Energy Assistance Act. Makes a technical change in aSection concerning the short title of the Act.

1     AN ACT concerning public aid.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Energy Assistance Act is amended by changing
5 Section 1 as follows:

6     (305 ILCS 20/1)  (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 1401)
7     Sec. 1. Short Title. This Act shall be known and may be
8 cited as the the Energy Assistance Act.
