    Amends the Tax Refund Anticipation Loan Disclosure Act. Makes atechnical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning business.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Tax Refund Anticipation Loan Disclosure Act
5 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (815 ILCS 177/1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~ Tax
8 Refund Anticipation Loan Disclosure Act.
