Amends the State Parks Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Parks Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

(20 ILCS 835/0.01) (from Ch. 105, par. 464h)

Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the State Parks Act.
