Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning previous collective bargaining agreements.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Public Labor Relations Act is amended by changing Section 19 as follows:

(5 ILCS 315/19) (from Ch. 48, par. 1619)

Sec. 19. Any collective bargaining agreement entered into prior to the the effective date of this Act shall remain in full force during its duration.
