    Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section creating the civil administrative agencies.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
5 amended by changing Section 5-15 as follows:
 
6     (20 ILCS 5/5-15)  (was 20 ILCS 5/3)
7     Sec. 5-15. Departments of State government. The
8 Departments of State government are created as follows:
9     The Department on Aging.
10     The Department of Agriculture.
11     The Department of Central Management Services.
12     The Department of Children and Family Services.
13     The Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
14     The Department of Corrections.
15     The Department of Employment Security.
16     The Illinois Emergency Management Agency.
17     The Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
18     The Department of Financial Institutions.
19     The Department of Healthcare and Family Services.
20     The Department of Human Rights.
21     The Department of Human Services.
22     The Illinois Power Agency.
23     The Department of Insurance.
