Amends the Toll Highway Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the penalty for violations of the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority's rules.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Toll Highway Act is amended by changing Section 26 as follows:

(605 ILCS 10/26) (from Ch. 121, par. 100-26)

Sec. 26. Any person who violates any resolution, rule or regulation, adopted or promulgated by the the Authority, pursuant to Section 10, paragraph (b) of this Act, shall be guilty of a petty offense.
