| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | | 3 |
| learn of the death of
Emma D. Kulovitz; and

| WHEREAS, Emma D. Kulovitz was the beloved wife of the late | | 5 |
| Matthias Sr.; the loving mother of Matthias Jr. (Susan), | | 6 |
| Thomas, Kathleen (Willard) Bousman, Joan, Paul, George (Rita), | | 7 |
| and Helen (John) Johnson; the cherished grandmother of | | 8 |
| Christopher, Keith, Kyle (Kim), Bill (Tara), Jamie (Thomas), | | 9 |
| Rebecca, Ray (Dana), Chris (Michelle), Roger, Alanna, James, | | 10 |
| Michael, Melissa, and David; the devoted great-grandmother of | | 11 |
| 10; the fond sister of Dolores and the late Violet, Charles, | | 12 |
| John, and Don; and the dear aunt of many nieces and nephews; | | 13 |
| and

| WHEREAS, Emma D. Kulovitz's love of life and ability to | | 15 |
| live it to the fullest endeared her to her family members, | | 16 |
| friends, and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their | | 17 |
| lives in ways they will never forget; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL | | 19 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | | 20 |
| her family and friends, the passing of Emma D. Kulovitz; and be | | 21 |
