SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, During the 95th General Assembly, the Dog Owners and Homeowner's Insurance Advisory Committee was established pursuant to Senate Resolution 166 to study breed discrimination and homeowner's insurance availability; and

WHEREAS, The Advisory Committee requires further time to complete its work; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that the Dog Owners and Homeowner's Insurance Advisory Committee is extended; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Advisory Committee shall submit its findings, as established in its authorizing resolution, on or before December 31, 2008; and be it further

RESOLVED, That with this reporting extension, the Advisory Committee shall continue to operate pursuant to its enabling resolution.
