1 SENATE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of Harold E. McDaniels of Carlinville, who
4 passed away on December 29, 2007; and

5     WHEREAS, Harold E. McDaniels was the son of Charles Francis
6 and Lula Huff McDaniels; he married the former Betty Wilson;
7 and

8     WHEREAS, Harold E. McDaniels was retired from Cisco Steel,
9 where he worked as a truck driver; and

10     WHEREAS, Harold E. McDaniels is survived by his wife, Betty
11 McDaniels; his children, Donald (Barbara) McDaniels, Dennis
12 (Mary Pat) McDaniels, and Dale (Betsy) McDaniels; his eight
13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and his siblings,
14 Beverly (Sandy) McDaniels, Charles (Starr) McDaniels, and
15 Sheila (Ron) Bright; therefore, be it

16     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL
17 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
18 his family and friends, the passing of Harold E. McDaniels; and
19 be it further

20     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be

1 presented to the family of Harold E. McDaniels as an expression
2 of our sympathy.
