SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Dale Roehr of Burbank; and

WHEREAS, Dale Roehr served in the United States Army; he was a member of the Local 708 Independent Truck Driver Union for 25 years; he was a maintenance supervisor of Burbank Park District for 15 years; and he served as a 9th District Precinct Captain; and

WHEREAS, Dale Roehr was a member of First Response Army Veterans and the Stickney Township Democratic Organization; and

WHEREAS, Dale Roehr was preceded in death by his son, Gregory Natzke, and his brother, Edwin Roehr; and

WHEREAS, Dale Roehr is survived by his wife, Cathleen nee (Josefik); his children, David, John (Kathy), Kenneth Natzke, and Lynda Thorson; his 7 grandchildren and his 5 great-grandchildren; his sister, Donna (Lowell) Nelson; his sister-in-law, Arline Roehr; and his many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Dale Roehr; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Dale Roehr as an expression of our sympathy.
