| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | | 3 |
| learn of the death of
Peter S. McWilliams of Lake Bluff, who | | 4 |
| passed away on September 3, 2007; and
| | 5 |
| WHEREAS, Peter S. McWilliams is survived by his wife, Sue; | | 6 |
| his stepdaughter, Gwendolyn Horn; his children, Korry, | | 7 |
| Melissa, and Ryan McWilliams; his parents, Paul and Rita | | 8 |
| McWilliams; and his siblings, Susan McWilliams, Nancy | | 9 |
| McWilliams, David (Stenell) McWilliams, Clare (Steven) | | 10 |
| McWilliams-Parker, Carol Anderson, and Maria McWilliams; and
| | 11 |
| WHEREAS, Peter S. McWilliams' love of life and ability to | | 12 |
| live it to the fullest endeared him to his family members, | | 13 |
| friends, and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their | | 14 |
| lives in ways they will never forget; therefore, be it
| | 15 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL | | 16 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | | 17 |
| his family and friends, the passing of Peter S. McWilliams; and | | 18 |
| be it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | | 20 |
| presented to the family of Peter S. McWilliams as an expression | | 21 |
| of our sympathy.
