SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Matthew Frank of Hinsdale, who passed away on February 11, 2007; and

WHEREAS, Matthew Frank was born on November 9, 1989 in Hinsdale; and

WHEREAS, Matthew Frank was preceded in death by his grandparents, Chris Tentomas, Rudy Rakovsky, Raymond Angel Darnell, Dennis Raymond Dwyer, and Mildred Ann Jones; and

WHEREAS, Matthew Frank is survived by his parents, Brian Frank and Donna Dwyer; his step-parents, Scott Dwyer and Jackie Frank; his brother and sisters, Ryan and Kelsey Frank and Danielle Dwyer; his step-brother, Justen Astin; his grandparents, Eva Frank, Susan Tentomas, and John Moats; and his cousins, Kyle Patrick McNeil, Makayla Porter, Jamie Markiewicz, and Connor Markiewicz; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Matthew Frank; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Matthew Frank as a symbol of our sympathy.
