SENATE RESOLUTION

    RESOLVED, BY THE  SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL 
3
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that the Senate Task Force 
4
on the Illinois Procurement Code established by Senate 
5
Resolution 52 of the 95th General Assembly shall include as a 
6
member the Executive Director of the Capital Development Board, 
7
or his or her designee from among the staff of the Capital 
8
Development Board, in addition to the members of the Task Force 
9
