SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with regret of the death of Suzanne Marie (Brady) Fulton of Peoria who passed away on Friday, March 23, 2007; and

WHEREAS, She was born on January 19, 1935 in Peoria to Frank A. and Hilda (Feehan) Brady; she was united in marriage to John S. Fulton on January 29, 1955; and

WHEREAS, She worked as a secretary for retired Congressman Robert Michel and later was the special projects coordinator for the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce; and

WHEREAS, She was a wonderful, warm person who enjoyed spending time with family and friends and took pleasure in reading and decorating her home; and

WHEREAS, She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and contributed to many charitable organizations; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Suzanne Marie Fulton has been deeply felt by many, especially by her husband, John; her children, Karen (Scott) Sorrel and Brady J. (Elizabeth) Fulton; her grandchildren, Andrew Feehan Sorrel and Nolan Brady Sorrel, and Emmett John Henry Fulton; and her brother, Jack (Mary) Brady; she was preceded in death by her parents and her children, Steve, Mike, and Kathy; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Suzanne Marie Fulton, and we extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Suzanne Marie Fulton as an expression of our sympathy.
