    Amends the State Comptroller Act. Makes technical changes in a Sectionconcerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The State Comptroller Act is amended by changing
5 Section 1 as follows:

6     (15 ILCS 405/1)  (from Ch. 15, par. 201)
7     Sec. 1. Short title.
8     This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as the "State
9 Comptroller Act".
