1     AN ACT concerning business.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Motor Fuel Sales Act is amended by changing
5 Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (815 ILCS 365/0.01)  (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 1500)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~
8 Motor Fuel Sales Act.
