Amends the Motor Fuel and Petroleum Standards Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning business.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Motor Fuel and Petroleum Standards Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(815 ILCS 370/1) (from Ch. 5, par. 1701)

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the "Motor Fuel and Petroleum Standards Act".
