Amends the Nurse Practice Act. Creates a new Section concerning the study of licensure by endorsement. Contains only a caption.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Nurse Practice Act is amended by adding Section 70-33 as follows:
