Amends the Coal Mining Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Coal Mining Act is amended by changing Section 1.02 as follows:

(225 ILCS 705/1.02) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 252)

Sec. 1.02. As used in this this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the terms set out in this Article have the meanings ascribed to them in this Article.
