HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to congratulate Mrs. Angeline Jendras of Chicago on the occasion of her 95th birthday; and

WHEREAS, Angeline Jendras was born on January 31, 1913 in the Pilsen neighborhood in Chicago; and

WHEREAS, She married Victor Jendras at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in the Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago on May 24, 1930; he passed away on November 27, 1998; and

WHEREAS, Mrs. Jendras has five children, Victor Jr., Judith, Jerome, Robert, and Gerard; and

WHEREAS, Mrs. Jendras has fourteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Mrs. Angeline Jendras on reaching this milestone birthday anniversary, and wish her good health and happiness in the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Mrs. Angeline Jendras as a symbol of our respect and esteem.
