HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to congratulate Steve O'Neal and Dawn Huckelbridge as they prepare to marry on August 11, 2007 in Cleveland, Ohio; and

WHEREAS, Steve and Dawn met in chemistry class at Shaker Heights High School in Shaker Heights, Ohio nine years ago and have been together ever since; and

WHEREAS, Dawn attended Northwestern University and Steve attended Hobart College; Steve moved to Chicago in 2002 to be with Dawn and in 2005 they moved to Boston; and

WHEREAS, Steve currently attends Boston College Law School and Dawn is an associate at the Barbara Lee Family Foundation, promoting women in politics and leadership; and

WHEREAS, The proud parents of Steve O'Neal are R.M. and Katherine O'Neal; the loving parents of Dawn Huckelbridge are Arthur and Beverly Hucklebridge; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Steve and Dawn as they embark on this new chapter in their life together; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Steve and Dawn as a symbol of our respect.
