SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 2505/2505-755 new

Amends the Department of Revenue Law. Directs the Department to include on its Internet website information for persons interested in producing biodiesel fuel. The information should set forth or link to the requirements a person must meet in order to be eligible to legally produce biodiesel fuel in Illinois. Effective immediately.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Revenue Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by adding Section 2505-755 as follows:

(20 ILCS 2505/2505-755 new)

Sec. 2505-755. Biodiesel production information. The Department shall include on its Internet website information for persons interested in producing biodiesel fuel. The information should set forth or link to the requirements a person must meet in order to be eligible to legally produce biodiesel fuel in Illinois.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
