    Amends the Illinois Credit Union Act. Make a technical change in the short title provision.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Credit Union Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (205 ILCS 305/1)  (from Ch. 17, par. 4401)
7     Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~Illinois Credit
8 Union Act.
