Amends the Illinois Manufactured Housing and Mobile Home Safety Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning safety code seals.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning safety.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Manufactured Housing and Mobile Home Safety Act is amended by changing Section 5 as follows:

(430 ILCS 115/5) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 505)

Sec. 5. The Department shall issue seals to any any manufacturer or dealer upon application supported by affidavit or such other evidence which the Department shall deem necessary to satisfy itself that the seals shall be affixed only to mobile homes or manufactured housing units which comply with the applicable safety code.
