SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

30 ILCS 500/15-10

Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the contents of the Illinois Procurement Bulletin.

AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by changing Section 15-10 as follows:

(30 ILCS 500/15-10)

Sec. 15-10. Contents. The Illinois Procurement Bulletin shall shall contain notices and other information required by this Code or by rules promulgated under this Code to be published in the Illinois Procurement Bulletin. Each volume shall include a comprehensive index of its contents.
