Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning public insurance adjusters and registered firms.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by changing Section 512.51 as follows:

(215 ILCS 5/512.51) (from Ch. 73, par. 1065.59-51)

Sec. 512.51. Scope of Article. This This Article shall apply to all Public Insurance Adjusters and Registered Firms as defined in Section 512.52.
